What is covered
- 6 Months Brand Warranty on GearUP flashlights, chargers, adapters, fans, smart plugs and webcams.
- 6 Months Replacement Warranty on charging adapters and cables against manufacturing defects.
- 1 Year Warranty on LiFePO4 batteries and battery systems.
- Manufacturing defects, dead-on-arrival units, and internal component failure under normal use.
What is not covered
- Physical damage, cracks, dents, or a broken body.
- Water or liquid damage on products not rated as waterproof.
- Burn damage from using an incorrect charger or unstable voltage.
- Any product opened, modified or repaired outside SoundLoom.
- Normal battery capacity decline over time.
How to claim
- Message us on WhatsApp or call us with your order number.
- Send a short video showing the problem.
- If the claim is valid, we arrange repair, replacement, or refund.
- Claims are normally resolved within 7 working days of receiving the product.
Please keep your invoice and the product box. A warranty claim needs the order number, which we can look up for you if you bought from this website.
