Warranty Policy

Every product sold by SoundLoom is original and sourced from authorised suppliers, and carries a manufacturer warranty. Warranty periods vary by product and may be 7 days, 3 months, 6 months, 12 months, 18 months, or 24 months. The warranty period for your item is shown on its product page.

1. What You Need to Make a Claim

The original product box
The purchase cash memo or your order number

Both are mandatory. We are not able to accept a warranty claim without them, so please keep the box safely after your purchase.

2. What the Warranty Covers

The warranty covers factory defects and manufacturing faults only.

It does not cover damage caused by use or accident, including:

Breakage or cracks
Burn damage
Water or liquid damage
Any other external physical damage

3. Expired Warranty

Once the warranty period has ended, we are no longer able to provide warranty service for that product.

4. How to Submit a Product

Please contact us on WhatsApp or by phone before sending anything. We will confirm your claim and tell you where to send the item.

You may send the product to our warehouse by courier, or drop it off in person by prior arrangement.
Courier charges for sending the product to us are paid by the customer.
Please pack the item well. SoundLoom is not responsible for loss or damage that happens in transit.

5. Repair or Replacement

If the fault can be repaired under warranty, we will repair the product and return it to you.
If repair is not possible, we will provide a one-time replacement.
Once a replacement has been given, the warranty for that product is considered complete.

6. 7-Day Replacement

Products covered by our 7-day replacement guarantee must be in brand-new condition to qualify. Items showing signs of use, such as scratches, dents, or marks, are not eligible for replacement.

7. Please Note

Products that have been sold are not returnable unless there is a valid warranty issue, or the situation is covered by our Return & Refund Policy. We encourage you to read the product details carefully, and to ask us any question you have, before placing your order. We are always happy to help you choose the right product.
