1. About Us

SoundLoom is an online retailer of audio gadgets, smartwatches, power banks, chargers and related accessories, operating in Bangladesh.

2. Using Our Site

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the permission of a parent or guardian, to place an order. You agree to provide accurate contact and delivery information. We may refuse or cancel any order where the information is incomplete, inaccurate, or where we suspect fraud or misuse.

3. Products and Pricing

All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are added separately at checkout.

We try to keep product images, descriptions and specifications accurate, but colours may appear differently on different screens, and manufacturers sometimes change specifications without notice.

Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice. If a product becomes unavailable after you order, we will contact you and offer an alternative or a full refund.

4. Orders and Payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is confirmed only when we accept it and confirm by SMS, email or WhatsApp.

We accept cash on delivery across Bangladesh. For orders outside Dhaka, we may request an advance payment of Tk 200 to confirm the order. Any advance paid is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after dispatch.

If a product is listed at an incorrect price due to an error, we may cancel the order and refund you in full, even after confirmation.

5. Delivery

Delivery timelines, charges and coverage are set out in our Shipping Policy. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather, strikes, courier delays or other circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and Refunds

Returns are accepted under the conditions set out in our Return & Refund Policy, including notifying us within 48 hours of delivery.

7. Warranty

Products carry a manufacturer warranty, with the period varying by product. Warranty claims require the original box and cash memo. Full terms are in our Warranty Policy.

8. Cancellation

You may cancel an order before it is dispatched by contacting us. Once dispatched, cancellation may not be possible, and any advance paid becomes non-refundable.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos and design, belongs to SoundLoom or is used with permission. You may not copy or reuse it commercially without our written consent. Brand names and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, SoundLoom is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our products or website. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under applicable consumer protection law in Bangladesh.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Bangladesh, and any dispute will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Bangladesh.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
