Delivery Policy

At SoundLoom we work to deliver your order quickly and safely anywhere in Bangladesh. Please review our delivery policy to understand timelines, charges, and coverage.

1. Delivery Coverage

We deliver to all regions of Bangladesh, including metropolitan areas and remote districts. Orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Savar, Dhaka.

2. Delivery Timeframe

Inside Dhaka: 1–3 business days
Outside Dhaka: 2–5 business days

Delivery timelines may vary due to circumstances beyond our control, such as weather, strikes, or courier delays.

3. Delivery Charges

Inside Dhaka: Tk 80
Outside Dhaka: Tk 120
Free delivery: Available on selected items and during special promotions

4. Order Processing

Orders are processed within 24 hours of confirmation.
Orders placed after 6:00 PM are processed on the next business day.
For pre-order items, we will contact you once the product is available.

5. Delivery Partner

We deliver through Pathao, so your order is handled by a tracked nationwide courier network.

6. Cash on Delivery

Cash on delivery is available across Bangladesh.
For orders outside Dhaka, we may request an advance payment of Tk 200 to confirm the order. Our team will let you know when placing the order.
Any advance paid is non-refundable if the order is cancelled after it has been dispatched.

7. Order Confirmation and Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation by SMS, email, or WhatsApp after placing your order.
Once your order is shipped, we will share a tracking number so you can follow its progress.

8. Failed Deliveries

A delivery attempt may fail if the contact information is incorrect, the recipient is unavailable, or the delivery is refused. In these cases we will contact you to arrange a second attempt. Repeated failed attempts may result in the order being cancelled.
