Delivery Information
We deliver anywhere in Bangladesh. Cash on Delivery is available — you can pay when the product reaches your hand.
Delivery time
- Inside Dhaka: 1–2 working days
- Outside Dhaka: 2–4 working days
- Orders placed after 6:00 PM are processed the next working day.
Delivery charge
- Inside Dhaka: Tk 70
- Outside Dhaka: Tk 130
- FREE delivery on all orders above Tk 1,500.
Payment
- Cash on Delivery — pay the courier when you receive the product.
- bKash / Nagad — advance payment accepted.
- For outside-Dhaka orders we may request a small advance to cover the courier charge.
Before you accept the parcel
You are welcome to open the box and check the product in front of the delivery person. If the item is wrong or damaged, do not accept it — call us straight away and we will resolve it.
Tracking
We message you a tracking number as soon as your parcel leaves us. If you have not heard from us within 24 hours of ordering, contact us on WhatsApp with your order number.
